Shipment of products and costs

Shipment in Italy is free for orders over €350,00; for orders that do not exceed this amount the shipment will have a cost of €12,00.

Shipment in Europe is free for orders over €1.000,00; for orders that do not exceed this amount the shipment will have a cost of €25,00. makes shipments in Italy and in all over the world only through the express courier service of “Bartolini” and “DHL”. All the goods sent by are carefully packed. With the sent goods will insert in the pack DDT or an invoice, by indicating in detail prices and discounts applied, even in case of sales.


FREE INSURANCE is covered in all shipments by a free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the delivery of the goods.



All regularly completed and paid orders will be dispatched within 20 working days: all shipments leave from (Italy) only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Orders entered on Saturday or Sunday will be managed within the next Monday.


FOLLOW YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE offers to its own Customers a shipping service that can be tracked in every moment thanks to the service made available by “Bartolini” and “DHL”. Customer will received a confirmation e-mail of shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by “Bartolini” and “DHL” that will allow him to verify in every moment the progress of his shipment.



For all European Countries, prices include IVA/VAT.

For all Countries outside Europe, prices include IVA/VAT.



Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.

ITALIA (DDP): delivery is foreseen within 5 days of shipment.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES EU (DDP): delivery is foreseen within 5/7 working days of shipment.

EXTRA EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (DDU): delivery is foreseen within 7 working days of shipment.

THE REST OF THE WORLD: delivery is foreseen up to 10/12 days from the shipment with Express Service.



When the goods have been delivered, it’s up to the Customer to inspect carefully the pack before signing the delivery document. If the packaging is tampered or not complete, Customer can sign with reserve the delivery document or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies should be reported promptly to the Bartolini’s and DHL’s office and to, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses the delivery goods, every shipment cost necessary to return the pack to will be deducted from the repayment due to the Customer. Is for any reason the shipment was not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the moment of the registration, the pack will be sent back to at the expense of the same Customer. In this case will deduct this amount from the eventual repayment due to the Customer.
