Returns and Refunds


RETURNS intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its own Customers by offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must be done at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 7 days of delivery and only at the condition that the returned goods result intact and not worn.



To send one or more returns to, the Customer is required to observe precise conditions:

  1.   5. The goods to return must be delivered physically and exclusively to the express courier “Bartolini” or “DHL” within and not later than 30 days of delivery.

The refund due will be done by credit card credit (if the order has been paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order has been paid by paypal) or by bank transfer.
